Voice and SMS confirmation rounds for Traffio customers.

Traffio already lets crews confirm jobs in its app. CrewRing would add the chase: texting each person on a booking, calling the ones who don't reply, and finding cover when someone drops out. This is a partnership proposal. The integration is coming soon, and I'm building it now.

Booking tomorrow 6:00, Pacific Hwy Tweed Heads. Reply YES to confirm or NO if you can't make it.
NO, sick sorry
Thanks Priya, we'll find cover. Feel better.

Bookings are made. Someone still ends up ringing around the night before.

Not every controller opens an app before a 5am start. When one drops out, the office works down a contact list looking for someone with the right ticket who's free. CrewRing automates the texting and calling.

How it would work with Traffio

  1. 1

    Bookings sync in

Tomorrow’s Traffio bookings and the people on them come across to CrewRing. No exports.

  2. 2

    Each person gets a confirmation

An SMS first, then a voice call if they don’t reply. Works for crew who never open an app.

  3. 3

    Answers come back

Confirmed, declined or no answer, per person. A decline can trigger a callout to available workers, ranked by distance or reply history.

Why it matters

For your customers

Less time on the phone the night before, and a record of who confirmed and when.

For Traffio

Bookings stay in Traffio. CrewRing handles the calls and texts, then hands the answers back.

Status: coming soon

The first version of the booking sync is written. Next: a pilot with a Traffio customer.

Let's explore this together.

I'd love to talk about how this could work for Traffio and its customers.
